Thank you, for taking the time to describe all the features on the cars we were interested in, as well as helping
us to find options, so we could hopefully make our car bu...ying experience as affordable as possible. You took
a lot of time to explain all the perks on the cars, and you were great not to pressure us.
You have a very calm demeanor, and you explain everything , so , it is easier to understand. Kiera, I liked that about
you. You are personable, and seem to take an interest in your customers, and you definitely have a good foundation with the
skills that you possess , that are molding you into an exceptional sales person. Both my husband and I , commented to each other
yesterday, after leaving the "Toyota" office, what an asset you are , to Vacaville, Toyota, and how you turned our car
buying experience into one, that was both very educational, as well as enjoyable.
I had hoped we could of leased the car, we were interested in, with our trade in, and seal the deal, last night, but,
my husband pointed out, some possible red flags with leasing, and felt we needed to find out more about it. He
feels we need to educate ourselves a bit more, before making decisions right now. We will no doubt venture
out to buy a car when the 2015 models go on sale after the New year. We will no doubt come back to Vacaville
Toyota, and hopefully, you will be there to assist us. I would always ask for you first, Kiera .

Everything was handled the same day and done very well. The dealership is very clean and has a nice waiting area. The free coffee isn't that bad either. Shuttle service nice added bonus.

After doing much research, we settled on this dealership because they had 2 colors we were considering and wanted to view the car in & out. Staff was pleasant, no pressure to buy. They were interested in making a sale; unlike a dealership in our local area. They matched the price of another dealersh...ip and the sale was made. There was no pressure from the sales staff and manager. The finance manager was upfront on all contract figures and explained all questions we asked. No pressure there either. I recently purchased a new Tundra Crewmax using the internet sales at Toyota of Vacaville. It was one of the easiest purchases I have ever made and I got a great price on the truck - beating a dealership using the Costco Auto Program.
