We’re already a month into 2018, which means Valentine’s Day is almost here. Although Valentine’s Day is typically seen as a holiday for couples, who says you can’t grab a group of friends and have a good time? Here are some of the Valentine’s Day (and weekend) events happening in San Francisco this year.

Victorian Valentine Ball

The Victorian Valentine Ball, which is presented by San Francisco Heritage, is taking place on Saturday, February 10, 2018 from 8:00 p.m. until 11:00 p.m. at the Haas-Lilienthal House. The event is centered around late 19th century traditions, complete with Waltz dancing, sugary treats, Victorian trivia games, and more. Proceeds will benefit the continued restoration of Haas-Lilienthal House as well as other San Francisco Heritage programs.

San Francisco Cupid’s Valentine’s Day Brunch Cruise

On Sunday, February 11, 2018, you are invited to jump on Cupid’s Valentine’s Day Brunch Cruise, which runs from 11:30 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. With the beautiful San Francisco skyline as a backdrop, you can enjoy a delectable brunch buffet with endless champagne and bottomless mimosas. The cruise begins boarding at 10:45 a.m. and is open to all ages, so feel free to bring the whole family!

Casablanca Valentine’s Evening

All genders are welcome to join in the festivities at Casablanca Valentine’s Evening, which is taking place on Wednesday, February 14, 2018 (Valentine’s Day) from 7:00 p.m. until 11:00 p.m. This event is inspired by the Humphrey Bogart and Ingrid Bergman film and will be hosted by Smooth Daddi and The Dragon Kings. So, put on your best 1930/1940s attire, and don’t forget the password: “Here’s looking at you, Kid.”

Wicked Cupid: Valentines Cocktail Cruise

The 3rd Annual Wicked Cupid: Valentines Cocktail Cruise is happening on Wednesday, February 14, 2018 from 8:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. The cruise features gorgeous views of the San Francisco skyline as well as Champagne, a dessert buffet, and entertainment from DJ Brown Boy. Check-in begins at 7:15 p.m. at Pier 40. The cruise is open to individuals age 18 and older, but alcohol will only be served to those 21 or older. Tickets can only be purchased by pre-sale, so be sure to get yours before it’s too late!
