The 2018 RAV4 Appeals to Active Families

The 2018 RAV4 Adventure was made for families who like to get their hands a little dirty on the weekends. Newly added flared wheel arches, black headlight and foglight surrounds, and silver underbody chin and side sills give the RAV4 Adventure a more brawny look, while black 18-inch, five-spoke alloy wheels keep it sturdy and stylish. The Adventure model also comes with a 120-volt outlet in the cargo area for those long trips without a power hookup.

RAV4 Adventure Tow Package

In order to have the new RAV4 Adventure be true to its namesake, Toyota has added a few rugged extras to the model to make it more experience-friendly. First, the RAV4 Adventure features a ride that sits half an inch higher than other RAV4 models, which makes it a better choice for those who sometimes choose to take the path less traveled. Roof rails come standard, which helps increase the amount of cargo you can bring with you to the cabin or lake. Finally, a Tow Prep Package is standard on both front and all-wheel drive versions, and includes an upgraded radiator and additional oil coolers. This allows the RAV4 Adventure to pull up to 1500 pounds!

The 2018 RAV4 Adventure is scheduled to be available for purchase in September of 2017.
