Toyota Entune™ Audio vs Entune™ Audio Plus
In terms of screen size, each of these Entune™ systems offers anywhere from 6.1-inch to 8-inch screens, depending on the model. Both systems are also equipped with an AM/FM radio and CD player as well as a USB port and auxiliary port. Drivers are also able to utilize Bluetooth® connectivity for streaming audio, accessing their phone book, and using advanced voice recognition to control certain phone functions. Siri® Eyes Free is also available on newer models with both Entune™ Audio and Audio Plus.
Entune™ Audio Plus Features
What features does Entune® Audio Plus have that the more basic Entune™ system does not? For starters, a 6-month trial subscription of SiriusXM Satellite Radio comes with Entune® Audio Plus, giving drivers access to a wide variety of music, sports, talk, and comedy stations. Entune™ Audio Plus also has HD Radio™ and HD Radio™ Traffic/Weather in addition to Scout® GPS Link, which is a phone-based app that gives turn-by-turn directions through the infotainment system. Certain models also come with JBL® Audio (or the option to upgrade the Entune™ Audio Plus system to include this), allowing drivers to take advantage of crisp sound and exceptional acoustics.
